A Thoughtful Process.
Meaningful Progress.
Every student deserves a plan built around how they learn. Our process combines thoughtful evaluation, individualized planning, research-based instruction, and ongoing progress monitoring to create meaningful, lasting growth.
Our Process
1. Understand the Student
We review previous evaluations, school information, family input, and learning history to develop a complete picture of the student.
2. Collect Baseline Data
We collect our own baseline data to identify current skills, determine where instruction should begin, and establish a starting point for measuring growth.
3. Develop a Personalized Scope & Sequence
Using everything we’ve learned, we develop an individualized Scope & Sequence (S&S)—a step-by-step roadmap that prioritizes goals, guides instruction, and keeps everyone working toward the same outcomes.
4. Provide Research-Based Instruction
Instruction is personalized using research-based programs and continually adjusted based on each student’s progress, strengths, and evolving needs.
5. Monitor Progress & Adjust
Learning is continuously monitored so instruction can evolve as students grow, ensuring goals remain meaningful and progress continues throughout the year.
6. Build Independence
Our goal is to help students become independent, confident learners—and graduate from our services.
Research-Based Instruction
Every student learns differently. Rather than relying on a single curriculum, we thoughtfully select from a variety of research-based programs and instructional methods based on each student’s strengths, needs, goals, and learning profile.
